The Hillsborough Board of Commissioners has received an updated proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2016 and will receive input on the plan during a public hearing Wednesday.
The Hillsborough Police Department has resumed enforcing downtown parking limits.
Parking Lot Improvements
The Town of Hillsborough is rebuilding the parking lot behind the Churton Street Bank of America branch, which it leases for public parking, as part of an overall downtown improvement project.
