Streetlight Outage
Streetlights in need of maintenance should be reported to the service company. An address or pole number for the streetlight should be obtained.
- If the streetlight is located within the Duke Energy service area, notify the company by calling Customer Service at (800) 777-9898 Ext. 2 or by completing a form online at the company's Outdoor Lighting Repair Web site.
- If the streetlight is located within the Piedmont Energy service area, notify the company by calling (919) 732-2123.
