Request for Proposal – Fabrication and Installation of Signage

The Town of HILLSBOROUGH wishes to extend an invitation to all qualified contractors to submit a proposal for fabrication and Installation of Signage in association with the Town of Hillsborough in Hillsborough, North Carolina.  The turn-key project includes, but may not be limited to, signage fabrication and installation per specifications attached.

The Town of Hillsborough intends to enter into a service contract with a signage contractor who will partner with the Town in determining the best manner in which to execute the signage plan cited in this Request and in the Design Manual.  The contract will be based on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMAX) contract.
