Park Facilities for Reservation

The Large Picnic Shelter at Gold Park is available for reservation from the town. Please note that the Multi-Use Field at Gold Park is undergoing maintenance and will be closed until Spring 2011.  Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the event and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You may check availability on the Park Reservation Calendar.  The reservation fees are as follows:

To apply for a reservation, fill out the online form or stop by the Planning Department in Town Hall, 101 E. Orange St. The parking lot is accessed from East Corbin Street.

You will be contacted when your reservation request has been approved, and then you must come into the Planning Department to pay the reservation fee and finalize the reservation.  The Planning Department, which is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Only cash or checks are accepted.

*You are a Hillsborough resident if you live within the Hillsborough town limits and pay town taxes. Having a Hillsborough address does not necessarily mean you live within the town limits. If you have any questions about the fee, please call before making your payment.
