Postmarks are not accepted. Submission of materials is the sole responsibility of the applicant. Late or incomplete applications cannot be accepted.
Each application is reviewed with care and attention to identify the candidates whose qualifications, based on the application, most closely match the positions requirements. Simply fulfilling the minimum requirements for a position does not assure an interview.

Human Resources Director/Town Clerk, Hillsborough, Population 6,300. Located within minutes of Chapel Hill, Durham, and RTP. Handles all HR related operations for the town. Local government HR experience preferred. Training will be provided if successful candidate has limited or no town clerk experience. Current clerk/HR director retiring after 20 years, new hire will have opportunity to work with retiring clerk for approximately two months. Hiring range $64,578 to $75,000.
