Drainage Conveyance (Ditch) Maintenance

Each year, Public Works employees maintain drainage conveyances located on town-maintained property, rights-of-way and easements to ensure that the conveyances remain free of growth and other obstructions that restrict water flow.

To request drainage conveyance maintenance, please place a work order.

Drainage conveyance areas deteriorating from erosion may require riprap, grass seed and straw or other erosion-control devices to prevent deterioration.
