Administrative Manual (for the UDO)

The Unified Development Ordinance refers to the Administrative Manual for many routine requirements, applicaiton deadlines, fees, and the like.  This document also includes some additional references and technical standards required by the Unified Development Ordinance.

The Administrative Manual describes the review processes and helps applicants more swiftly through the steps.  The Appendix sections are broken into "application packets" for the various processes.  For example, if you need to get a Conditional Use Permit for your project, simply refer to Appendix M, which has the requirements, deadlines, forms, and fees in one place.

The Administrative Manual is NOT an ordinance and can be updated by staff on an as needed basis, including updating fees when they are changed by the Town Board or application deadlines as workload changes.
