It houses the offices of the Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager/Public Works Director, Town Engineer/Utilities Direcotr, Utilities Analyst, Budget Analyst, Safety and Risk Management Officer, Planning Director, Planner, Fire Marshal, and Town Clerk/Director of Administration and Human Resources)

  

The Administration Department consists of the Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager/Public Works Director, Town Clerk/Director of Administration and Human Resources, Public Information Officer, Safety and Risk Management Officer and Budget Analyst.

The Town Manager reports directly to the Mayor and Board of Commissioners. In addition to running the daily operations of the town, it is the manager's job to advise, recommend and ultimately implement board policy.

The town clerk serves as the administrative assistant to the mayor and town manager. The town clerk prepares the Town Board agendas, gives legal notice of meetings and records the minutes of Town Board meetings. The town clerk also is responsible for maintaining the official records of the town and the codification of town ordinances and supervises public information.   

The town clerk is the director of Administration and Human Resources and also serves as the town's Webmaster.

Employee Records and Information Systems: The Human Resources Development Department maintains all employee information, records and files.

Employment: The Human Resources Department organizes and coordinates the recruitment for all positions in the town. The goal is to assure equal opportunity employment for all citizens and applicants.

Health and Safety: The town has an occupational and work place safety training program. Additional parts of this service include evaluating accidents and administering the workers compensation program and other support services to enhance workplace safety. The town also has a contract for a part-time occupational health nurse. The nurse is on site for employees and manages the town's wellness program.
